Process

01. 於{ 網上預約}填妥資料後,客戶電郵會收到一封 訂單詳情 

After placing an order online, you will receive anemail for your Order Information from our company.

02. 收到 訂單詳情 後,只需將 日費+按金 存入本公司銀行戶口或以支付寶付款,然後把收據以電郵,Whatapps或微信傳送到本公司客服號碼。確認付款後,將會收到 訂單確認 電郵。 

After receiving the confirmation email, please transfer the payment amount (daily charges + deposit) to our company's bank account (account info) via either “bank-in” or “Airpay”.

Subsequent to the transaction, please also send our company a picture of the receipt of the payment together with your name through “whatsapp” or “wechat”. (the contact info)

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a full and final Confirmation email from our company. 

03. 地鐵站交收 Pick up

確認付款後,本公司會聯絡客戶確認交收時間和地點 於出發前一天交收流動數據機 客戶需提供身份證明文件或電郵副本,以便本公司員工確認客戶身份。 本公司員工亦會出示工作證表明身份。 如客戶選擇回程後以地鐵站見面還機,需在取機時預約歸還的時間和地點。 

Following the confirmation email, our company will contact you for the date and time of picking up the devices. Normally, the picking up date will be one day before your departure.

While picking up the device, you have to provide a copy or e-copy of the confirmation email as well as your identity proof in order for our staff to verify your identity.

A staff card will also be presented by our staff to prove his/her identity.

Please notify our staff if you would like to return the wifi device at the MTR station during your picking up. Our staff will reserve you a time for returning the device on the following day of your return. 

04. 速遞寄送 Delivery

如客戶選擇快遞寄出,本公司會於出發前一天晚上8時前,將送到客戶指定地址, 如客戶在下午4時仍未收到,請致電我們客服熱線與我們了解快遞情況。 

Wifi device can be delivered to your shipping address if you are not able to pick up at the MTR station. The device will be delivered to you before 8pm one day before your departure.

If no device has been received anytime after 4pm one day before your departure, please contact us ASAP.

05. 連接網路 Connect 

到達目的地後按下開關掣,搜尋 Wi-Fi 網絡,輸入密碼便可連接上網。隨機附上使用指南。 

Once you have arrived the designated location, you can start using our wifi device.

Simply press the power button; search the specific wifi network and enter the password stated on the device, you would be able to connect to the Internet.

A guideline booklet will also be provided. 

06. 地鐵站還機 Return by pick up

回程後第二天需把流動數據機歸還於本公司, 在出發前取機時應已預約了歸還的時間和地點 如機件或配件沒有任何損壞,本公司必定全數退還按金. 機件損壞包括機身上貼紙被破壞, 顯示器破爛等 

You will have to return our company the wifi device on the following day of your of return. The time and place of returning the device should be reserved when you pick up the device.

07. 速遞收機 

安排快遞於回程後第二天上門收回裝置。只要沒有損壞或逾期,本公司必定全數退還按金

If you are not able to return your device at the MTR station, please let us know during your picking up of your device. Our company will arrange you a courier service for the returning of the wifi device. 

 

08. 退回按金Deposit Refund

如機件或配件沒有任何損壞,本公司必定全數退還按金. 機件損壞包括機身上貼紙被破壞, 顯示器破爛等 

Provided that there are no damages of the device and no delay has caused, your deposit will be refunded to you by cash or Airpay.

If you return the wifi device at MTR station, we will refund the deposit to you by cash immediately upon the returning.

Alternatively, if you return the wifi device through our courier service, by deducting the fee of courier service, the rest of the deposit will be refunded to your bank account or via Airpay within five (5) business day.

Damages including destroy of any stickers on the device, breaking the screen of the device etc.
